I'm also interested in knowing if there's any way to make a backup of the Firefox settings, as it's becoming very tiring to do everything again every time I format it.

Hola, Primera pregunta: no, no es posible, el salto es de una pagina aprox.
Segundo pregunta: si, debe copiar la carpeta de perfil del Firefox, lo que es recomendable realizar con alguna frecuencia, puede ver la siguiente guía: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/hacer-una-copia-de-seguridad-y-restaurar-tu-inform
