How can I open the browser?

I am a new user. Your website is most unfriendly. I was asked to login without being given an opportunity to register. E-mails supposedly sent to me did not arrive. I will try again to open the browser. Meanwhile please send info. I have wasted a lot of time.

Hi Cheryleasley,

Thanks for your question, can you tell me which email you are trying to use? You should be able to open the browser by doing the following:

1. Open the Finder at the far bottom left of your screen (the icon looks like a face)

2. Then open the Applications folder

3. Then double-click the Firefox icon (the globe with an orange fox)

Thanks for your question, can you tell me which email you are trying to use? You should be able to open the browser by doing the following:

1. Open the Finder at the far bottom left of your screen (the icon looks like a face)

2. Then open the Applications folder

3. Then double-click the Firefox icon (the globe with an orange fox)
