I have a new laptop , W7. I wish to copy my existing book marks to a newer one, W7. Both have F 28. I have tried your procedures: Bookmarks Library-NG

I used my flash drive several times and the file is there, but I cannot get it to upload. I have successfully assigned bookmarks to my newer laptop.

Hi RobAnn,

Transferring bookmarks is rather simple. Press CTRL + SHIFT + B to open up Bookmarks manager. Click Import and Backup at the top of that window, then click Backup and save the JSON file somewhere you can find it.

I'm guessing this is the part you can't get?

You can restore your bookmarks the same way as above, but instead of clicking Backup, you click Restore then navigate to the file. Note: Doing this will erase your current bookmarks and replace them with the backed up ones.
