Using ftp but the firefox kept on popping up asking password again and again.

When our users use ftp:// to access data, firefox kept on popping up asking password. Chrome works fine but only on firefox. But we have more users using firefox.

Are your users entering ftp:// URLs into the address bar, or using an add-on such as the FireFTP extension?
