when troubleshooting information page appears there is no confirmation window that says "Restart Firefox"

your information page shows a confirmation window "Reset Firefox to its default state" no such window appears when I go to the Troubleshooting information, only a long list of details.

Firefox 10.0.2 doesn't have a Reset button on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page.
