How do I realize an advanced search for addons coming only from verified authors?
I want to make a search into the addons using some keywords as it is possible today. But I want to filter the results to catch only secure addons that I can trust. Meaning from authors that I been verfied by Mozilla.

Hello,
All addons code is verified by Mozilla reviewers. That said, if you are looking for addons built by a specific author, you can do the following
- Visit the Mozilla Addons website
- Find a plugin that you know you already trust. For instance, AddBlockPlus by Wladimir Palant
- Click on the user's link, this will take you to the page where the addons created by that developer (or organization) are displayed
Does this solve your requirement? Though, as an aside, I think it will be a good option to add a query for something like author:xyz in the search for addons too.
OK it is a fine work around.. but does not fulfill my point. You say "All addons code is verified by Mozilla reviewers" but at installation time the dialog box display "author not verified". I want to filter out these authors. Your proposal is fine but I think it would be even better to add the option in the already existing filters.

Addons .Mozilla has its' own support forum over here.

Only add-ons that are signed would have author verified showing and that would likely exclude almost every extension as most aren't signed.
Extensions that haven't been reviewed yet are excluded from the search or at least show an orange (yellow) Add to Firefox button.
OK but it is precisely that I want to do. I want to filter out all not signed addons. Please let me know how to do that given there is no such item available (signed addons) in the popup.
The only extensions I have ever used that were "signed" or "verified" were Adblock Plus, NoScript, and Flashgot. I don't doubt that there are more extensions available which are signed, but I only use 70 extensions out of the thousands that are available.
Four months ago the developer of NoScript and Flashgot stopped signing his extensions - http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r28484807-Extension-Giorgio-Maone-NoScript-and-FlashGot-Unsigned
I did find this posting at the https://forums.mozilla.org/addons/ forum - by jorge-villalobos - one of the administrators of the Addons Website, who said "... almost every add-on isn't signed ..."
