It's a long time I'm using Firefox and till now had no problem with searching one word in address bar. recently I've switched to Aurora version and it worked all fine but just today I was using it and everything was fine but suddenly I noticed when I search for one word in address bar it will lead me to a page with error message "502 Bad Gateway". Although I hadn't installed new add-ons I tried Safe Mode but it lead me to the same page, I also tried Searchreset add-on it also didn't work. I can still search more than one word in address bar and it works the same as before and leads me to google search result page that I had assigned as my search engine. Also in case it's important I mostly use a proxy software (Hotspot Shield) and when I noticed this problem it was running I tried closing it and opening Aurora again but it didn't solve my problem. please gelp me with this, it's so frustrating cause I'm used to this way of search!

Did you also check the connection settings to verify that you weren't using a proxy with Hotspot Shield disabled?

Thanks that helped. I checked it and don't know why but it has changed to "Use system proxy settings", I changed it back to "No proxy" and it solved the problem. when switching back to "Use system proxy settings" caused the problem again. I had it set on "No proxy", I wonder how it had changed! Anyway thanks for your help! it solved this frustrating problem!
