First, don't click on things that say "You win!" Especially when you know for a fact that you didn't enter a contest.

Second, how are you able to send this question now. In what state exactly is your computer in? You say it "won't work"? How?

Sounds that you got infected with malware.
Like posted above, you should never click OK in such a pop-up alert, but always use the close X if available.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
