Also, there is no "enable" button next to the listing in add-ons list. I have the most current version of Norton Internet Security installed and there are no further updates available on Liveupdate. How do I resolve this issue?

How can I remove Norton Toolbar when there are no buttons to remove or enable/disable? Besides, I wasn't aware the toolbar had a standalone download? I thought it could only be received through Norton products such as Internet Security. Please advise.

Go to the Norton web site. If you can find the Safe Web page, try downloading it again. If you can't or still have problems, go to Norton's forums to ask for help.
