Can I replace the item "bookmarks" in the menu by "tags"?

I just prefer working with tags. There are just to many bookmarks. If I can get the tags in the menu, how should I do that?

You can try to create this bookmark in the folder where you want it to appear (e.g. Bookmarks Menu folder).

Name: Tags
Location: place:folder=TAGS

You need to close and restart Firefox to make the bookmark work as a smart folder.

I'm not using Tags, so I can't test how this works.

Probably not as intended, but it solved my luxury problem. Whilst wresteling with your instructions I suddenly found my "tags" or "labels" as we call them in Dutch in my row of bookmarks. Always in sight, in an unexpected place, but quit all right. The stuff you refered to was way above my head. Thanks anyway.
