Chosen solution

You can also do this in the Bookmarks and History Manager (Library)

  • Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks (Ctrl+Shift+B)

In the Bookmarks Manager you can change the properties of a bookmark or folder in the Details pane at the bottom right.
That Info pane has a More/Less button to show or hide extra properties.
For a folder you need to open the parent folder via the left pane to make the folder appear in the right pane, so you can select it.

This properties feature / option does not exist in my bookmarks library page; it appears only in the browser window

I would like to be able to edit the titles/names of folder in the library window...

Is that possible?
