Hi all

I encountered this error for the first time today, please note that no system settings had been changed on my part, I use Firefox as my primary web browser and no settings have been changed on that either.

The browsers that have the issue are: IE - Firefox - Chrome

Certain sites are taking a LONG time to load, majority are instantaneous and have no issue.

Problems are occuring with, thus far:

Hotmail account sign in page – hangs completely, not loading at all - I performed a ping using both it's FQDN and IP address - but the request times out. Mozilla support pages (Which displays in plain text if i Ctrl-F5) - Takes a long time to load. microsoft.com – Does not load at all - I performed a ping using both it's FQDN and IP address - but the request times out. A site called "Godlikeproductions" - The root directory for the site loads like normal - But threads take a LONG time to load ie sub-directories.

I have scanned for viruses with Spybot and with MS security essentials (Lol, I know) Both came up with 2 low threat issues, they were removed, I restarted my PC, yet to no avail, the problem still occurs.

Fully wiped my cookies/Cache/history.

Ran AVG Tune up and cleaned + cleared my registry.

reset my IP stack.

I'm sure you all will have fun with this one : )

Hello Meevinman, try to disable your firewall(if you have one) and your antivirus(antispyware etc.) and check it again.
