Navigation Toolbar Icons
I have upgraded to FF 18.0 and lost all of my Navigation Toolbar icons. I have since been able to add several Add-ons that have associated icons that I have added to the toolbar. When I attempt to customize the toolbar further the list of icons that show up has been greatly diminished in the number of icons available and several of the icons I previously had no longer appear. How do I get them all back?

if these are the favicons i am not sure why they disappeared.
On tabs and bookmarks these should reappear when Firefox visits the site concerned, although you may need to do a refresh using [Ctrl] + [F5] or [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [R] (Windows) to ensure they are updated.
Also note if you are missing the icon at the end of the location bar, that is a change in recent versions of Firefox, and for instance on this site when logged in you would expect to see a grey padlock instead.
