Graphics in emails have disappeared. They come up when mail opens, then immediately disappear. Everything works in safari, so it is a firefox problem. Mail works, I get my messages, just no graphics.

Chosen solution

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Bypass Firefox's Cache

Use Command+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server. Any difference? If not...

2. Clear Firefox's Cache Completely

Firefox > Preferences > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"

3. If needed, remove the site's cookies in this dialog

While viewing a page on the site, you can do that here:

Tools > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Could you try temporarily disabling your extensions, particularly AdBlock and Ghostery, to see whether one of them is hiding the images after they load?

Tools > Add-ons > Extensions category

You usually have to restart Firefox in order for that to take effect, so save any work first.

Does it make any difference?

Thanks! Problem seems to be with Ghostery. Should have disabled add ons first. I'll know better next time. Thanks for the prompt reply!
