Title bar turns gray and is not responsive, has something to do with Adblock plus.

at the open of homepage the title bar at the very top of page turns gray and the page is not responsive. ad block plus is cause of problems. Can someone help me with this?. Thanks.

Thanks to all for your help. It was the hardware acceleration that I unchecked that stopped the madness.

If you are certain that your problem is being caused by Adblock Plus, try the ABP support forum.

Just to be sure that it isn't caused by another extension.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
