The download link for Windows is: http://www.mozilla.org/products/download.html?product=firefox-13.0.1&os=win&lang=en-US
As you will notice, that ends with your preferred language. If you prefer British English or another language, try this page:
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Can you get it?
Thanks for the reply, but the link you furnished goes to the same page that I am complaining about that does not give any way to access a download. Thanks anyway.
Try accessing your furnished link to see if you can find a way to download.
I get a pop-up dialog after about 10 seconds to Save or Cancel. Apparently you aren't getting that dialog. What browser are you using to do the download??
There is a backup source, which is the following. If you want a language other than U.S. English, navigate up to the next level and then to the correct folder:
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32/en-US/
I'm using Microsoft Internet Explorer which I'm trying to replace. I've also used my tower computer with Mozilla firefox to get to the same screen with the same results.

It is possible that your anti-virus software is interfering with downloading files.
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.
I turned anti-virus off, no help. The last site ( Index of /Pub/mozilla.org/ ) worked.
Thanks for hanging in there with me. Your help was what I needed and greatly
appreciated.
