When visitors come to our website - http://www.smartgrowthamerica.org/ - they're greeted with a signup prompt. If they enter their address and hit "Submit," however, the box just reloads rather than disappearing.

I think it has something to do with cookies, because Firefox also doesn't recognize the "Only show this box once a week" command that works in other browsers.

Any ideas?

I don't see a signup prompt.

According to Firebug, the following files are missing, although that doesn't seem related to a signup feature:

/smartgrowthusa/wp-content/plugins/colorbox/colorbox/jquery.min.js

/css/lightbox.css

/colorbox.css
