Firefox doesnt restore my recent tabs

So basiclly for a while now when ever my firefox crashes which is probaly 1 a month it restores my tabs but restores tabs from like 15 days ago and not tabs from yesterday or even close to then.I havent made any recent changes to my browser at all but its been doing this for a while and im tired of it and need it fixed

The Session Restore article has some troubleshooting tips. If these don't apply to your situation, the next thing I'd try is to Reset Firefox preferences to troubleshoot and fix problems .

I could try to reset my prefences if i must but i would prefer to not
