how to utilize the spanish-english dictionary? Can you utilize it in a Word document too?

I have figured out how to utilize the feature as a spell check device by choosing what language you want to spell check when you are in an email account using Mozilla as your browser. Its great. But, can you bring this add-on feature into a Word document so that you can spell check spanish in a word document?
