I opened the ROOT Sports web page, and a window came up that my Firefox was out of date and offered four choices - one was Firefox 3+.
It did this after the 10.0 was installed. I tried going to the ROOT Sports page again as a test, and the message didn't come up!

Looks to be a problem with the way they check the UserAgent of the browser being used, it doesn't recognize a double-digit Firefox version number and thinks you are using Firefox 1.0 instead of Firefox 10.0.

Firefox 3+ is usually all versions that were released after Firefox 3. The latest release is Firefox 10 which you can grab here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
