Looks to be a problem with the way they check the UserAgent of the browser being used, it doesn't recognize a double-digit Firefox version number and thinks you are using Firefox 1.0 instead of Firefox 10.0.

That website has been reported as such, so a Mozilla evangelist can contact the website about that issue.

Firefox 3+ is usually all versions that were released after Firefox 3. The latest release is Firefox 10 which you can grab here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
