Final page would not submit to Comcast when clicking "submit"

Using Firefox 9.0.1 the final "submit" button would not send the survey to Comcast. This has happened with other websites such as Surveys that ask you to click on something and it never activates or closes. Says missing flash but if I click to download flash nothing happens.
