The constant pop-ups asking to update to the next version of Firefox are quite annoying. Particularly when they sometimes come every week or two. Just when I've learned and become comfortable with one version a completely different one comes along and makes my browsing experience slower and most annoying. I've found that updates are also sometimes released before there has been time to fully check them out and I prefer keeping older versions for several weeks before updating. Also, by doing this, I can avoid the chaos of multiple unnecessary updates when 2 or more occur within a month and I can avoid loading so many new versions so quickly. I would like to disable these annoying automatic updates and to be able to load new versions whenever I am ready to receive them. I don't need a pop-up in my face every time I use the browser. I prefer having this control over my computer, and not you (no offense). Is there a way to disable these updates and pop-ups? AAAARRGHH!!!
