UNSUBSCRIBE, i have over 5000 e-mails in my unsubscribe folder and they never get unsubscribed whats up, and is is tured on

the unsubscribe folder (does nothing) is bulging with spam and it gets larger not smaller, i stopped using it for a while but the spam just gets worse, i am bombarded with junk and it does not help to put them in spam or unsubscribe, i will have to switch back to IE if this continues (and yes it is on), I've read blogs that people believe it is a scam itself just to get my info.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

Using unsubscribe on spam email lets them know that an email address is active, which usually results in the email address being put on a spam list. Rough estimates are that for every "unsubscribe" that you do will result in getting a couple of hundred more emails.
