I cannot play games I could play w/Internet Explorer that need ActiveX Add-ons. How do I activate these add-ons on mozilla?

You can't.
Games that require ActiveX do not work in Firefox.

Use an extension like IE Tab or IE View to use the IE rendering engine in Firefox.
