Maybe your ISP or administrator has blocked facebook.com . I don't know whether covermy.info is trustworthy site or not but you can use VPN as an alternative to access to facebook.com. There are lots of VPN service providers which provide VPN service for free and enable you to access to blocked sites like facebook.com, youtube.com etc.. For example, http://bfvpn.com provides free PPTP VPN service.
