Did that certificate get installed or did you download and saved the certificate?

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates
  • Firefox > Preferences > General : Downloads
  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" > "Remember download history"
