when i print from a website the background is blue, when I print from e-mail etc. it is white

as i said, if i print from a web page the background is blue . It should be white. Using too much ink, but also unprofessional. When I print an attachment from my gmail e-mail or a document, the pages are hite, only from web sites does this occur. None of the suggestions in your forums fixed the problem
