How can I get rid of 'Norton Search' tool bar? The info is not on 'How do I customise the toolbars?'

Norton has been disabled on my computer since the subscription ran out. I am unable to delete it from my computer for some obscure reason, it won't allow me to delete it from 'Add/Remove programs'. Anyway, I'd like to remove the tool bar from my Mozilla Firefox task bars but the info is not in your 'Customise the toolbars'. Is there any way I can delete it? Ta.

-> Disable or remove Add-ons

-> Cannot remove an add-on (extension or theme)

-> Uninstalling Toolbars

Check and tell if its working.
