My status bar, toolbar, bookmarks, & web history are not visible; help!!!

I tried to put the print icon on the toolbar & it did not work; what resulted was no toolbar, web history, bookmarks & status. What happened is i now only have "Most visited", "getting started" (for which I have no clue what to ask for) & "Payments" (which I created hoping to move websites to, but that didn't work either). I am quite frustrated as I don't know how to undo whatever I did to create this mess. Thanks, judy

Open the Firefox SafeMode and use the Reset toolbars and controls item, then hit the Continue in Safe Mode button. Once you're in the SafeMode, close Firefox and then open it in the normal mode. The you can re-do all your toolbar customizations.
