Firefox crashes on me about once every hour or so and I am NOT exaggerating that fact. What is going on? With every crash report, I include my email but no response

Firefox just crashes and I have NO extra information to provide because it is supposedly included in the crash report that is generated each and every time the browser crashes on me.

When you include your email address with the crash report that would be for someone to contact you if they need something answered by you.

If you have submitted Breakpad crash reports then post the IDs of one or more Breakpad crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

OK, I have quite an assortment of these "bp" numbers that you mentioned but my question to you is how do I copy and paste these so that I can post them here so that there is more information on my issue. I went to 'view' then 'view about' then 'about:crashes' but on the inital screen I can only click on the link(believe me, I tried every possible method on my part to 'copy/paste' these numbers to no avail) and even when I click on one of the links, I still am unable to 'copy/paste' these numbers. They are quite large and I wouldn't want to give an incorrect number to jeopardize my chances of fixing this problem. Can you suggest a method to me?
