No there is no way to get it back if over copied.
The Windows clipboard service saves one "copy" which is deleted when the next "copy" is done. There's nothing in Firefox to change that, but there are utility programs that can be installed which will keep a number of "copy's" cached. Microsoft had one as part of Win95 power toys which worked quite nicely, but I don't think they offered in later versions.
