HOW DO I DESIGNATE WHERE A DOWNLOAD IS TO BE LOCATED
How do I get to choose WHERE ..a download is to be located? It does not give me a choice on this subject. How do I get it to ask me where I wish these files to be stored? This happens when I try to download things like ..Spybot Search and Destroy ...or instance. It just automatically downloads without asking. Also when I have MANY window TABS open at one time ..the program gets really slow and then sometimes it even freezes up. This is not a problem I've had before. This happens when there are MANY tabs open when I am following a thought, or some links, concerning something I am referencing. Please advise on these two problems.
