trying to get the updated version and downloads ok but wont load on my computer says hasnt got permission for some of the actions

You're not the only person to get this problem.

I would reccomend re-downloading firefox. (annoying, I know!) or following some steps detailed here

Sorry for the trouble, this issue has happened to quite a few people, and could be a bug
