Can I get pinned app tabs to stay on a certain web page?

I like the pinned app. But I want it to always be for the same web page. They way it works now, if My Yahoo is what I pinned, and then I go to mail, the next time I click on the pinned tab, it opens in mail... or yahoo bookmarks... or wherever I left off. Is there a way to set the pinned app so it always opens on a certain page? Within my IBM page, there are hundreds of places I can go, and the pinned tab opens wherever I left off, which is not good. Did I miss a way to change that?
