Ever since I switched from internet explorer to Mozilla firefox I have been unable to find a refresh button. Please tell me where it is.

The button is a circular arrow as shown in the attached image. The refresh button is one of the default buttons on the navigation toolbar. If it is not present use the methods in this link to restore the default buttons - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Back+and+forward+or+other+toolbar+items+are+missing

bold textThat was perfect. I checked that icon but didn't realize that "reload" meant refresh, I'm not too computer savvy so I'm not always sure which icon to click.Thanks a lot!

When I right-click Customise there is no icon for refresh or reload in the pane. I've also tried restoring default set.

Sorry, panic over, looking in the wrong place. I hadn't spotted that it had moved to the right-hand end of the location bar in the new version.
