I've used the automatic updateprogram of firefox to update from 3.6 to 4.0, at the end of the installation it checked for further updates and found a .net framework assistant 1.1, which was installed immediately. I'm puzzled because I'm sure I already had .net framework 2.0 or better. Is there a .net framework and a .net framework assistant or something? My guess is I accidentally downgraded my pc, firefox seems to run a little slower, although it said 4.0 was 6 times as fast as 3.6. Thanks in advance :)
