I had been using Norton 360 "Manage Log ins" on the 3.6.16 version of FireFox, but when I updated FireFox, it would not load.

From what I can tell FireFox would not recognize my Norton 360 "manage login" plugin at all even though the earlier version of Firefox did. Why is this?

Symantec have released updates for Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security to make them compatible with Firefox 4, for details see http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/Firefox-4-compatibility-hotfix-is-now-available/td-p/428894

I followed the instructions and made sure I had the new browser installed before updating Norton 360. Once I did that and restarted my pc, the function I was trying to get to work, still DID NOT work. The Norton login never showed up on my browser at all and when I went to log into my email account the Norton master login NEVER showed up either. So your hot fix did NOT work.

I received a phone call from a rep who in turn forwarded my call to a supervisor. Unfortunately, there is no current fix according to what I was told. The case number I was provided is: 504909079. That supervisor said he would be emailing me but our conversation was cut short mid-sentence so I was unable to provide my email address to him.
