I think you will need to give more details of your problem. Have you used Firefox before?

I can not download Firefox because the window say Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It May be Missing o inaccessible.

You did not answer when asked whether you have used Firefox before.

If you have used Firefox on the current computer on which you are trying to install Firefox do you expect to have Firefox information that you would like to keep such as bookmarks and paswords ?

What version of firefox was installed previously? do you remember, and about when was it last used eg within the last few weeks or years ago.

I have been using firfox 2, 3, and now 4 on other systems (Windows XP and Vista). I am new to this Windows 7 machine and now have this problem. It started as soon as I tried to download and open firefox.
