I cannot get rid of inbox toolbar. have triied add remove programs, plugins, extensions, add ons no success

Cannot get rid of inbox toolbar. i have removed it using unistall tool, removed it using add/remove programs. it no longer shows up as an extension or plug in, but still shows up as my search tool bar!
