I have one out of five email address's with coxmail that opens with a blank inbox but other browsers show the content of the same inbox

Question I have one out of five email address's with coxmail that opens with a blank inbox. Other browsers like opera or IE show the content of the same inbox. I've contacted cox but they tell me the problem is on my computer. I've used three different anti virus/malware scanners to eliminate all the bugs they can find. I need a firefox guru with suggestions. Thanks, Charles
