If you want the second computer to have an exact copy of the bookmarks from the first, replacing any that already exist, use the procedure in the following link to backup the bookmarks to a json file, then copy that file to the other computer and restore that file - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Backing+up+and+restoring+bookmarks

If you want to add the bookmarks from the first computer to the second, keeping the bookmarks that already exist, you need to export the bookmarks to an html file and import that file to the second computer.
