I use webmail. When I hit "reply", the "to", "re" and body fields are all empty. How can I fix this?

I use webmail through GoDaddy. When I want to reply to someone, all of the fields that are automatically filled in are blank. I checked with GoDaddy and they suggested I try opening my webmail in a different browser. I tried it in IE and everything happens normally, so I've determined that it's a Firefox issue. Is it an add on issue? I clear my cache and cookies every time I shut my Firefox down. How can I fix this?
