I just started to Firfox 3.6 to watch Netflix movies and watch one and the next day went to watch another one and no sound what could cause this?

I have a new windows 7 computer and started to have problems with Explorer 64 bit with silverlight and could not keep it working so I went Firefox, however after watching one movie with it the second one I had no sound. Could my problem with silverlight effect the sound on Firefox? I can not get any sound out of it.
