How to import bookmarks from an older PC to a new one on the home network

I have a new PC (Windows 7 and MS Office 2010) and as I was starting up the first day I saw a message that a network had been detected and asking whether I wished to import bookmarks from an earlier one. I ignored it at the time as I had plenty of other things to set up, but would now like to import them PROVIDED that they would not be deleted from the old PC. I cannot now find the link.
