part of settings box is cut off

in tools > options > advanced settings > connections > settings the page where you enter the proxy settings is cut off on the right side so that the boxes you use to enter port are not accessible.

unfortunately, I found out the problem. I was using the hindi language pack for firefox. therefore there are lables in hindi and then shortcuts. this leads to increased length with the same dialog box widths. changing to english removed the problem but this indicates a basic bug in firefox -- any idea where to report?
