i click on the firefox icon and there always been a box says download completed

It also shows where the file saved. There are 4 bottons says: open, open with, open file, and close, if i click on any of them I will get to Mozilla Firefox. This issue is really annoying, so any body please help me.

This can be a problem with the file sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder
If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
