Flash games either not loading or lagging very often

When I try playing flash games on addictinggames or facebook, the games will either not load, or they will lag so bad that the game is unplayable. This only started happening around December 1st. I have flash player updated, and these games work perfectly in IE.

Edit: I have this problem in 3.6 and 4.0.
