XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/netError.xhtml Line Number 60, Column 12: <title>&loadError.label;</title>
I am receiving this error message when trying to access a web page. It is intermittant in that a repeat attempt may work correctly. But it happens more than not. It may be a timing error with the edge modem I am using but I don't know. I have reloaded from scratch several times to no avail even erasing firefox directories that are not erased during uninstall. I am sending you this on Opera as Firefox would not allow me access to your web site.

It is on a yellow page with red brown box around the text
When a web page does load the error at times shows up in small areas of the page (perhaps java or images) sometimes 3 or 4 times on one page.
don't have a clue why but really puts a strangle hold on the use of firefox. Thanks if you can help.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
