Your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks.

  1. Shockwave Flash 8.0 r22
  2. Next Generation Java Plug-in 1.6.0_17 for Mozilla browsers

You can find the old Flash 8.0 r22 plugin file NPSWF32.DLL in the plugins folder within the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\) and remove that file. You can also remove the flashplayer.xpt file in the components folder.

Update the Java plugin to the latest version.
