How can I oprint an entie email in firefox: I get header on separate page and only page one of email.

I tried to print a whole email When I print from Top L button only one page prints, not whole email. When I print from print icon I get header on one page and nothing else then only first page of text on page 2. I want to print entire header and email full copy
